HBS work with many clients on employer branding and employee engagement initiatives providing feedback and guidance to boards
and senior leadership teams on how best to address the employer
branding / engagement agenda.

We design and use a variety of diagnostic tools that help organisations understand the views and opinions of their people, as well as providing them with valuable insight as to how they are viewed as an employer in the external market place.

Assignments have included:
	• Employer branding for a growing retail organisation enabling it to recruit more effectively by significantly enhancing their reputation sector as an exciting and progressive business to work for.
	• A brief that included a significant effort to ensure that the client organisation was able win a nomination as a Top Times 100 Employer in the SME sector.

Working closely with Directors, Line Managers and HR teams, we focus on clarity and practicality, encouraging business to look at their employer branding opportunities at the same time as their policies.
