HBS HR Partner support services are designed for SME businesses where due to size or cost constraints there is no dedicated HR resource available for strategic or operational advice or guidance.

Our service allows organisations to have access to experienced consultants on a face-to-face, telephone line or e-mail basis.

In the majority of cases each business will be assigned a dedicated consultant who will work in partnership with people in the business to help address either day to day or more complex HR issues.

Our consultants are committed to delivering a quality of service and have a reputation for delivering practical, appropriate and timely solutions.

The HR Partner support service can be provided on a project or retained fee basis but a degree of flexibility can usually be agreed with our clients.
